Incompetent women working here. Told me I might have $15 copay. When I got there they said $60 because my PCP is not there. I told them they didn’t mention it to me and denied speaking with me on the phone

They have the most amazing and approachable staffs. Very easy to talk to. Dr Wright was also great! Very honest. Very thorough. She laid out all my options and our action plan to help me manage my health. Thank you! Kudos to the team!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Staff is extremely condescending and rude. They do not know how to treat people properly. Nor do they know how to do their jobs. Seems like they just want to cash their paycheck. If you like dealing with people who think they are superior, untouchable and rude this is the place for you!

Doctor Michael is great but his front desk told me I needed to pay a $60 copay in cash when later my insurance billed me and said I only needed to have paid $20. This is pretty much theft on their end. Not only of my money but of my time as I had to wait 3 hours just to see the doctor.

Dr. Gabriela is an excellent doctor. She's very knowledgeable and patient. She takes time to explain tests results into details and answer all your questions. The staff members are Shawny, Usura and Nicole. They are very professional and helpful. Shawny has been working there for a long time. Shawny is always friendly and pleasant with a smile on her face. She shows care and concern for the patients just like Dr. Gabriela Rohr. They cover mostly all insurance and no appointment is necessary. I will recommend friends and family members to go there.
