Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Suites

My stay was very beneficial. The staff is exceptional. I’m thankful this facility is close to my home and accessible for friends and relatives to visit. The physical therapists are very helpful and conscientious. They want to help me return to my previous condition before coming to rehab. And the nursing staff give me attention and assistance to make me comfortable. The administrative staff have been working with me to make the transition home as painless as possible. For rehabilitation, Hillside Heights is superior.

When I came in I was made to feel very welcome by intake and everyone treated me as family. The nurse Kenda, Bre, Shanna, Samantha and tech Brenda Sally and Tang always are there for me and my wife. Everyone from administration to house keeping to kitchen make us feel welcome. We have enjoyed our time at Hillside.

Therapy and staff were very professional and treated my mom respectfully. The admission staff worked diligently to help me get insurance approval. VERY HELPFUL and patient! The dining room servers could use some smiles and positive attitudes. I know it’s a difficult job, but we saw very few smiles from that staff. Mattress on bed was not great, but the faculty was very clean and updated with lovely decor.

Mix up with Medicare, insurance and hospice. They sent my ex husband home, nowhere near ready, and just dropped him off in the bad shape he was in, and left. I got to his house about an hour later and he has already fallen. Had to call the ambulance to come take him back to Bsa to have his newly broken hip redone. Check them out throughly!

I have felt like the employees were interested my problems and were willing to try and resolve them. The food is not the best but I ate most of it and was satisfied. Breakfast is where there could be the most improvement. I would recommend Hillside Heights to any one. This is the second time I have been here. I was satisfied the first time so that is why I was I ask to come here this time.
