poor Quality customer service, the owner is biased towards hiring young ladies with no skills and experience. I don’t understand how such people get jobs with responsibilities. I guess education or experience isn’t the priority for them anymore. These girls take so long to process the medicines and they have no discipline whatsoever. Playing loud music and working on their own pace, no respect for Customers. The pharmacy next door is 100 times better. 👎👎👎

Im from Michigan but i needed a 10 day supply urgent meds for my mother who just happened to stay after Umrah at my brother's house in.Jamaica. i called this pharmacy to order some meds & offered cards over the phone to pay, but the manager refused to take my payments instead went ahead & dropped those meds for my mother same day which was really needed.Humanity at It's best, bravo to this pharmacy & stuff.🙏🇧🇩🇺🇸

Dhaka Hillside pharmacy is one of the best Pharmacies I've ever been to. I have been a customer for a long time and have never been disappointed. They are very caring, efficient, reasonable in cost, and always provide excellent service! Customer service is amazing. Thank you for your help Niaz. Pharmacy is on the smaller end but they treat everyone that walks through as a person and not solely a number or price tag. I had a great experience.
