Great experience!!! Front desk was very nice. I had an HSG done and when you read online stories about this procedure, it's pretty scary. Andie was very warm and was a great support during the procedure. Dr. Sen was very nice and it was comforting to know that she has a lot of experience doing these. Thank you so much. I was on the verge of tears when I first went into the room but these 2 ladies helped keep me calm.

Excellent experience at HRC today. Receiving excellent care from MRI Technician Michelle, who took all precautions to ensure I was fully prepped and metal-free for MRI. she went the extra mile to ensure my safety and peace of mind. Professional thorough friendly expert service and care. The front desk staff and X-ray technicians provided superior service and care. Would highly recommend HRC!

An overdue review of this center. Quick to get appointments and images. Most techs are great, though some are not very friendly. However, this review was prompted by the reminder of the kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness of a lady at the front desk with long curly hair (perhaps Italian?). She is always so pleasant and is a great first interaction with the center. I hope to get her name next time because I hope her leadership team knows what a great asset she is to HRC.

I had my HSG procedure done here and had a much better experience than I expected. Andie helped me so much throughout the entire process. She held my hand, explained each step, and kept reassuring me, which made a huge difference. I don’t know what I would have done without her support. Dr. Bakhru was also very kind and made me feel comfortable! Overall, it was a good experience!

Michelle and Diana made an uncomfortable experience as pleasant as possible. I have bad veins and usually get vein blowouts or numerous attempts before getting a line in, but Diana got one in almost effortlessly and without having to use the more painful route. Thank you both 😁
