Hillsboro Village Dental

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. About a month ago I had cavities filled on one side of my mouth. Shortly after the procedure, I became very sick and developed a fever. When I contacted the office because I was concerned, I was told that since I had a fever I couldn’t come in to be seen. While I understand health precautions, I was given no real guidance or help despite clearly having complications. Recently I began experiencing severe jaw pain on the same side where the fillings were done. I ended up visiting another dentist for a second opinion, and I was told that two of the teeth that were filled actually should have received root canals instead. Because of this, I now have to undergo two root canals that should have been addressed properly the first time

I have gone to Dr. Bills for years. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. Her staff is friendly and welcoming. No one loves going to the dentist, but I always enjoy my time with Dr. Bills and her staff. They make the experience enjoyable.

I went to Hillsboro Village Dental for two years before calling it quits. For the positives, all of the hygienists at this clinic are top notch and very kind. At my last visit in May 2025, Dr. Bills told me I needed a crown as soon as possible. She never bothered to describe the procedure to me. I was scared of losing my tooth and came back two days later for the crown. I have been fortunate to never need anything but fillings, so I truly had no idea what a crown entailed. After the procedure, I was shocked to find that my tooth had been shaved. I told Dr Bills that I had no idea she was going to do that. She only said, "Oops, sorry about that." She didn't bother to say anything else, or take the time to explain the procedure to me at that point. I cried for several days because I felt so

I absolutely love this place. Dr.Bills is amazing and her staff is top notch. I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs.
