There has been a lot of changes, but I think it is for the better to improve picking up medications. The team is very kind & I can tell they care! I’d recommend anyone to use them as their pharmacy.

Some aspects of this pharmacy are so awesome and other aspects are beyond awful! Called in my daughter's medicine and it was supposed to be ready on Monday at 10:30am, go through the drive thru at noon on Monday and was told it would be ready in 20mins. I couldn't wait so I said I would pick it up on Wednesday. It's now Wednesday and I called to verify it was ready to first be told it would be ready today, and when I asked for it to be ready by noon I was then told it was out of stock and on back order. My daughter is now out of a very important medication and they can't/won't do anything about it until maybe Friday. Seriously, how could it be ready in 20mins on Monday but then isn't even ready, let alone even in the pharmacy on Wednesday and no one even informed me... Get it together

A special thank you to all for the help this past weekend. I developed an infection in my foot from a procedure and was only in town for a day visiting my grandfather. My doctor from home sent in antibiotics and pain killers to Hill's Pharmacy. They were amazing with assisting me over the phone and giving me confirmation if they could fill my prescription in time before I left town. The customer service was amazing over the phone and in person when I picked up my medications. Everyone at the pharmacy was nice and it just had a welcoming feeling. Very impressed and grateful. Thank you for the help again. Also, my grandfather and mother recommended this pharmacy to me, so now 3 generations that are happy customers!

Nice folks, but ridiculous policy. They say I can't refill my nebulizer medication until 30 days after I pick up the prescription. Since the boxes of medication only contain 30 doses, it means I run out. I was willing to buy a few days of medication, but you can only buy it by the box - over $2k. So now I'm taking half doses for the next four days so I don't totally run out. This is my COPD medication - not something I take more often than I should and not something I can do without. Going to have to find an alternative.

Great pharmacy, well stocked medical supplies and friendly helpful staff. Only reason I give 4 and not 5 stars is they are able to provide any thing related to oxygen.
