This is my third time at Hillcrest Heights, Other facility were recommended to me, I chose this place over objections because my prior experience and current stay here is that the staff here show genuine care and concern for the residents, It all start with the administrator DINA, She actively get involved with residents and staff has a open door policy in which residents can speak to her and address their concerns and the ones that can't, she routinely pays them a room visit. She has put together a staff that includes CNA's, Nurses, and Activities, that also actively get involved with residents. Other staff such as admissions, personnel, Ariana, Claudia, also are actively involved in helping residents- addressing their issues and concerns. If this type of service is in need I would recom

The facility is maintained in a clean manner on a daily basis. Members of the nursing staff are proficient and positively impact the experience. The CNA’s are attentive, although rotating them from one section to another regularly reduces their effectiveness with their ability to provide care…just as they begin to understand the individual needs they are rotated away. The food is mostly good, although there can be an occasional miss (as can be expected). A few cons include a single “house phone”, which is only an issue for those without a cellphone. WIFI is available but it can often be spotty in performance with regular interruptions. The biggest con can be the roommate pairing; a problematic assignment greatly impacts the daily experience. A final con is visitors often have difficulty

Will I could say that there's a lot of good people that work here but these 3 people stand out the most. The administrater is outstanding Dena as done a great job since I been here. But the two that stands out the most and that's the head nurse Janessa and Roxie those two bought me back to life after I had two heart attacks and a stroke and to be honest I wouldn't have made it through it. They wouldn't let me die and for that I want to say Thank You I owe you my life.

It was such an honor & pleasure to be part of Hillcrest Heights Healthcare Center. Since day one i was greeted by CNA Roxy, she was so nice & kind. They made me feel at home. I want to send a very special thank you to Miss Ivan, she was so amazing & so helpful, her beauty is not only physical but she also has a beautiful ❤️ heart. To Miss Melissa, she always made sure i had my transportation ready for me. My CNA Mae, she is my little princess always ready to help. To Sara from cleaning, my precious Sarita, always making sure i had what i need. To everyone at physical therapy, thank you all so much for making therapy so much fun. Pleaase forgive me for not remembering everyone's name. This place will always have a very special place in my heart, but i will never forget what Miss Ivan said t

I was really impressed with how nice everybody was to me in this facility! Not only the staff but all of the residents. I walked in there blind not knowing what to expect but I got introduced to all kinds of people and help from all kinds of people and got a PT to help me and they even let me do extra physical therapy. They changed my dressing every couple days, if they helped me shower, really helps me with everything I needed! Not sure how clean these places are supposed to be right in my opinion it could have been a little bit cleaner. There was constantly people mopping the floors and wiping down tables and stuff though. Yvonne was very nice to me also! Thank you guys for all of your care!❤️❤️ Just make sure you take care of EVERYTHING before you leave! (Meds, home pt)
