I hate going to the dentist but the experience I had at Hillcrest was fabulous. The office is clean neat and well designed. The room I was placed in was relaxing. Services were explained. The Doctor was great and careful. I am very happy with how she fixed my chipped front tooth. With all of my anxiety I left relaxed and satisfied. Great staff service from beginning to end.
I was a new patient to Dr practice, and I was pleased on the organized flow, from text reminders for my upcoming appt. to the nice front office person, Michelle. Office was clean, as i was called back, not waiting more then 7 minutes, or so. 1st part of my appt.was to have a panoramic xray done, by another friendly and smiling face. Then off to my exam with Dr. Bhatall, who was very kind, informative, and thorough, in explaining my needed procedure! A big thanks to Dr Bhatall, and her staff that were part of my appointment.I recommend Hillcrest Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, ☆☆☆☆☆
She was very attentive. I had to go back with my mom due to mild cognitive impairment, and she provided a seat for me to be with my mom.
