The clinic was clean, calm, and great customer service. The front desk receptionist was so nice, even with me arriving early, they still let me come in and start on my paperwork. The doctor was amazing and attentive. I’m glad I found my primary care doctor.

The receptionist from the time I walked in the door she was pleasant and her customer service was excellent. my nurse was right on point. He was able to prick my finger to check my sugar count. And it was painless, I have never had anyone to prick my finger, and I didn't feel any pain. I had a amazing experience.My new doctor was so attentive.She listened and allowed me to tell her about my medical history. she is amazing. I feel so comfortable with her.

I have been a patient here for 20 + years and I'm very happy with the service I receive @ Hillandale Primary Care. I have relocated, but still drives over an hour away to my every 3 months checkup. The front office and back office staff are very helpful and friendly.

This is not a Primary Care — it’s a complete rip-off. All the negative reviews about their billing issues are absolutely accurate — I just wish I had read them earlier. We've been trying to resolve a billing issue since April, and for the past two and a half months, it's been a nonstop runaround between the billing department, the office manager (Asia), and the doctor. Initially, the doctor confirmed during the annual exam that the visit was covered by insurance with a $0 deductible. Their billing team also confirmed this at the time. However, when the bill was finally issued, everything changed — and now no one wants to take responsibility.
