I’ve gone to Dr Hill for the last 6 years. I think he’s friendly and listens to my concerns and helps me with them. The last time I was there the girl in the front office does not show the same traits at the doctor. I lost my contact and needed a new one, I called her at 9 am on a Friday and didn’t get a call back until 15 minutes before they closed for the weekend. I went without all weekend on Monday I went to the office during my lunch break to pick my contact up. When I put it in it was not the correct prescription so I went back and asked if they could double check it she told me she had double checked it and that I would need another appointment with the doctor. So now I have to wait all week to be seen.

Dr. Hill is awesome and because of this I travel 100+miles for exams. Eyemart Express has had some great techs but the last couple yrs it's been hit & miss. My glasses have been redone multiple times and I have paid $$$$$! I have to go back a third time because I still cannot see clearly with the second redo.
