If I was to rate on my last year experience with front desk clerk I would not give any stars. I was a patient of Dr. Hill for over ten years and remained loyal because of her compassionate care and the excellent hygienists at the practice. I value long-term relationships with my healthcare providers and had referred several people to this office over the years. Up until a little over a year ago, I never had any issues with the staff and always found the front desk to be kind and professional. Also never had a issue with prior staff members giving different stories or different fees then argumentative. Unfortunately, my experience ended very abruptly. Cannot rate high enough. I had 3 rounds of fillings done the past month due to Invisalign damage, each one was very quick and comfortable. Dr. Hill is great to talk to and does great work. She doesn't try to do work you don't need. All the staff and hygienists are very polite. Very comfortable experience. After my last dentist who didn't communicate well, Dr Hill made sure I knew what was happening and why. Would recommend to anyone!

Always a great experience. Affordable services and friendly staff, the whole family has been coming here for years. All of the hygienists do amazing routine cleanings and Dr Hill is both knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things so you're always aware what's happening with your pearly whites.

Great dentist and friendly hygienist. Front desk, not so much. The front desk person told me that they couldn’t bill my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket and receive the money back when i sent in claim to my insurance. Found out my insurance wouldnt cover any of it. Later called the front desk to ask to pay the cash price and was told insurance was already billed. Front desk person was also rude, argumentative, and denied ever saying that to me (however, my grandma had the exact same thing told to her and her insurance only gave her $50 back). Rude Office Staff - I made an appointment a month ago over the phone with all of my information given. Never heard from them again until 2 days before, they left a voicemail to call them back. No mention of cancelling my appt. When I called them back the following day I was told they sent text messages and multiple emails and due to my lack of response they cancelled my appointment. This is simply not true, iphones and email history had none of these messages. But of course, there could be technical issues with their automated texts/emails or someone just not doing their job in the office. I was ready to ignore the scheduling mishap and make a new appointment but the girl on the phone was so rude about it I will find a different dentist.
