I had such a great experience at this office! Dr. Imperial goes over all needed treatment very thoroughly and makes sure you fully understand everything before moving forward. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered clearly. The dental assistants are so sweet and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The front staff helped me with my insurance after finding out I was out of network and were still able to get my insurance to pay out! Overall, an amazing team that genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

I’m one to be weary of negative reviews, posting or reading them With that said, I’d be remiss if I didn’t warn others before going to this dental studio. Myself, along with several others as you read through these, have been overcharged for services. I own it’s a mistake to ever say yes to work without having a doctor or office, walk you through what you will owe and what’s covered by insurance. I was told that I need a deep cleaning, along with several other services paired with it. First appointment I went to, I paid for 2 halves with only one half being performed, by accident. I caught the mistake because I felt that $700 was just too much for only one side of my mouth. The front office clerk, quickly owned her mistake and made a note for my next appointment. Dr Nix recently made me crowns for two back teeth. She was very nice and personable. During my procedure I had no pain even with the shots. She was very thorough and I felt very comfortable during the whole procedure. She was very gentle and sweet and I would recommend her for any of your teeth problems. Thank u Dr. Nix ❤️
