Although the Veterans Service Officer doesn't know everything about the VA and it's workings. Sarah does an outstanding job of attempting to keep up with the information to assist and help Veterans receive their due benefits. She works long hours, in researching Veterans issues and even contacts other VSOs to resolve or attempt to resolve an issue. What many Veterans do NOT realize, she does this on her own time with NO compensation from the VA. Her Dad was an outstanding VSO knowing no only the benefits, but knowing who to contact to get things done. Sarah is striving for that knowledge and is getting better daily. I found this place out of the blue and man was that a blessing. These man and women are amazing. They help me with my claim and made me feel really at home. I strongly recommend dropping in and saying Hi. Great people doing great things.
