If you need pain meds don't go here, I've been in terrible pain with my neck and ears, and the right side of my abdomen, 5 yrs and now my side has pain is my entire abdomen around to my right kidney. I have debilitating anxiety and panic attacks and have been on the same medication for 27 yrs, it worked wonders for me...They took me from 90 a month to 25 in one fell swoop which has made life damn near unbearable. I got one endoscopy for my gut in 5 yrs. It showed nothing wrong, I saw an ear doctor one time, he looked in my ear..that was it, found nothing wrong. I need specialists to help me and get no referrals. My quality of life is gone down drastically because of this place. They never answer the phone, fill prescriptions on time, never call you back. I'm looking for a better place now

Every single month I have to go without my sleeping medication because for some unknown reason they can't seem to call in my perscription before it runs out. I go 4-5 days without sleeping but they don't care. My pharmacy calls them several times as do I but get no responce. They just don't care at all. My pharmacy actually told me to find another doctor. Hill Country Medical on Churn Creek is absolutely awful!!!!

They regularly don’t fill pain meds on time forcing patients into avoidable pain and withdrawal despite having a pain management contract and no one answers the phones. Most of their staff is leaving or left.

Quick and efficient, with amazing staff. I was barely sitting down in the waiting room when they called me back for my appointment, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend a family and friends

Trying to call them has been impossible for over 2 weeks every day ( even my wife had been calling as well about her doctor with no one answering) ever since they switched over to a messaging system it has been terrible. I had to drive there to just find out my info on appts etc. And then find out my doctor left the facility which I got no notice about and then telling me I need a new provider and it would be 2 more months before I could get back in. When I had a scheduled appt that they canceled without notice. Been going to HCM for awhile now. They said they only have 7 people who work the phones. But no answer for 2 weeks? Whats going on ..
