Hikmah Pharmacy

Super happy with my experience at Hikmah Pharmacy. They are always extremely helpful and pleasant. They seem to actually care about trying to give the best possible customer service. I highly recommend anyone not happy with their current pharmacy to give them a try.

One of the best if not the best pharmacies I’ve ever been to. The staff is on point, the service is fast, and the customer care is next level. Every visit feels smooth and professional, and they actually treat you like a human being, not a number. Hikmah Pharmacy sets the standard.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Their phone is answered by a real person in the store who can actually help you. Not some robot or general customer service center that doesn’t know what’s going on in the location. I haven’t had to wait in line yet. If I call to check on my perception they have it waiting for me to pick up at the front desk. Friendly service and helpful people. You can talk directly to the pharmacist and ask questions. This is a small local business that puts their customers first and seems to have pride in the business and respect and appreciation for their clients. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone in need of a better choice and wanting a more personalized experience. 10/10 recommend!

Hikmah is close to where I live and was one of the pharmacies my insurance accepted ever since Rite Aid closed. After bad experience with Walgreens, I am so glad I found Hikmah. They are prompt, friendly and call you when your prescription is sent/filled (you'd be surprised how many places don't call). Would recommend Hikmah to any folks living on the west side.

Staff was very polite and the atmosphere in the store was nice and clean. One of my medications were due a bit later than the others and I had them deliver it to my home free of charge! Honestly glad Rite Aid closed or I wouldn’t have found this gem, already less hassle with my prescriptions and I’ve only been with them for a month!
