Highway 29 Veterinary Hospital

During one of the hardest seasons our family has gone through—losing both our cat and our dog within six months of each other—this clinic was hands down the best veterinary experience we could have asked for. From the moment we walked in, the staff showed nothing but compassion, patience, and genuine care. They took the time to explain everything, never rushed us, and treated our pets (and us) with so much kindness and respect during an incredibly emotional time. It was clear that everyone here truly loves what they do and deeply cares about the animals and families they serve. While the circumstances were heartbreaking, we are so grateful we had such an amazing, supportive team by our side. I usually don't take the time to leave reviews, but I had to make an exception today. I always have a great experience at Highway 29, as did my parents before me. So great in fact, that I worked there for a while as a vet tech. So, you could say I know the ins and outs :) Kim always has a smile when you walk in, loves on my dogs and starts the visit off right. The techs and assistants are sweet, knowledgeable and put up with my 100 ish pounds of energetic fluff. The last few visits, we've had Dr. Kennedy and though all the vets there are wonderful, he's the family favorite! And the office manager, April, cares fiercely about this clinic and takes feedback and reviews very seriously in an effort to improve client experience. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else and recommend them to friend

This vet is not affordable in my opinion. $608 for exam, bloodwork, xray, 3 meds and IV bag for fluids. Of course we were charged for the canned food as well. Can’t believe what Vets charge, it’s obscene.
