Dr Kim and staff are amazing, I am taking care of each visit. Double thumbs up to her tech Joy. I am educated on proper oral health each visit. I see some reviews are a bit harsh but you cant please everyone and others situations are different that's understandable. I would surely recommend family and friends to schedule their next dental exams here.

I have been going to 138 dental for almost 17 years for my teeth cleanings. Dr. Kim is always nice and courteous. Denise the receptionist is nice as well. If you want a place that gets you in and out in a timely manner and are flexible if you come in late. The staff does a great job every time, this is the place to come.

Going to the dentist is just one of those things you have to do, so if you have to do it, go to Dr. Kim. In my experience, she's not a dentist whose first instinct is to push the most expensive -- and maybe unnecessary -- treatment on you. She balances your budget and comfort with her experience of what is necessary. I also like the rapport she has with her staff and you can tell they like and respect one another, which is important.

The vibe is amazing! Denise and the tech who took my xrays were Amazing! The music and the vibe....unmatched. But the Dentist gave me used car salesman vibes. She didn't explain shit...and when the other tech tried to help me, she'd cut her off. So, it's a NO for me. Seems like she's money focused.....Sad too. Cause she has an amazing staff.....

This dental office is great for those of us who can't make regular dental appointments. My issue is they constantly over charge what contractually have agreed to charge. I have Delta Dental Premier as my insurance. I recently was asked to pay a balance from a previous visit. I called DD and discussed all my procedures done and what they paid (100%). In our conversation we discussed why I was paying for balances and their reply was they didn't know either. As they continued to explain, a dentist who contracts with them agrees to the pricing of procedures, no more and obviously no less. In the past, I remember overhearing Dr. Kim arguing about why she was extorted to accept a price structure in order to sign on with an insurance carrier. It now makes perfect sense.
