This is literally the worst place ever!! Came to visit my boyfriend in the express-care, the security guard said I had to get back in my car drive to the front to “check in” went to do that then the camera wasn’t working to take my picture so then I had to go drive back to the original place to have it done there. Then they said I could see him once he was in a room, then I had to wait for him to be “ evaluated” I figured that meant triaged , then I had to wait for the Dr to see him ????? So patients here cant have no moral support person with them!!! You guys really need to do better!!!! Cant even tell you how this ends cause Im still here waiting!!!!!!!

The Nurses and Dr Nelson are very professional, efficient and caring. I greatly appreciate their kindness and care they provided. I would highly recommend the Express Care to everyone needing care.

Nice, professional staff, long wait, understandable due to it being like the ER. All in all everything thing was good!

I went there on Sunday, August 17. At first I was disappointed because they're not able to labs on weekends. But Sharon Stanley, NP made up for that disappointment with her wonderful bedside manner and compassion. I felt awful and prayed my provider would be nice. I wasn't in the mood for sarcasm, jokes or wise cracks! She was perfect and made the visit worth my while. I got what I needed, and was in and out in no time.

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Everyone was so helpful from checking in assistance to discharge. Examination, sampling, testing, xrays, etc. Was smoothly done. They kept me informed through messaging of the progress of my treatment.
