Highpoint Health – Trousdale with Ascension Saint Thomas

These people are amazing here. They are so compassionate but yet push you to your fullest potential which is a great thing when you are healing up from hip replacement surgery. They are so so friendly and make you feel right at home. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Absolutely a great visit. Everyone that I met was awsome, kind and very friendly. Took care of me immediately and I was on my way! I will go back if I need their services again!

Want to say thank you to the er staff that took care of me tonight very nice and respectful ty to Lisa Cates NP and Nate and Mark for taking care of me and making me comfortable while I was there God Bless Yall.

Wow, this was an amazing experience(for the situation) I could not make it back to Tristar Hendersonville due to pain(I just had ovarian surgery about 2 weeks ago) and Dr.Cates came in and immediately understood my pain, treated me and educated me on what was going on. I knew I had a UTI(common after the surgery I had) but with all my pain and me having another cyst on the other side she really took the time to make sure I was okay and treated my problems. She was VERY thorough with my care and I couldn’t thank her enough. Now for the Nurses(my nurse was Sarah but the other nurse was so amazing too! and if y’all could please reward her for me her and the NP they really deserves it! I would send her a thank you gift if I knew it would truly go to her lol) these young ladies were AMAZING. T

Treated me as if I'm a junkie all because I mentioned I feel like I have strep and apparently I've been there claiming that before. Made me feel ashamed to come in and get checked out with my daughter by telling me how many times I have been there. In my opinion it doesn't matter how many times I've came in, my insurance pays for it. Told me nothing is wrong with my daughter then proceeded to tell me she has acute bronchitis and was running a fever. That doesn't sound like nothing to me. If you're sick on a weekend just wait until your primary opens up or go to a different ER. They'll just act like you're a burden being there.
