I want to recognize Yohana for doing such a great job in the office. She is always professional, answers calls, and makes sure things actually get taken care of. She doesn’t just sit behind the desk—she comes out on the property and handles business. You can tell she really cares about doing her job right, and I truly believe she would do amazing running her own property one day.

Earlier this year, we admitted my aunt for rehabilitation at Highlands. Throughout her stay she received excellent care and the most professional treatment from the nurses, CNAs and physical therapy. Additionally, not only was her room kept clean, but the facility overall was clean whenever we visited. And, the staff was very respectful, most hospitable and kept us informed on their care. As a result, we have highly recommended Highlands to family members, co-workers, church members and others! During this period of Thanksgiving, we especially want Highlands to know that we greatly appreciate them shepherding us through such a challenging time!❤️

Amazing facility, the administrator is kind and very hands on. During my visit the staff smiled and said hello. The building was clean. The day I visited they had a live band. The residents appeared happy.

Every time I visit Highland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, I feel like I’m coming home. The warmth and kindness from the staff are unmatched they truly care for their patients, and it shows in the smiles and comfort I see throughout the building. The leadership team is exceptional: compassionate, professional, and deeply dedicated to quality care. I’m always impressed by the welcoming environment and how inclusive they are many of the staff speak Spanish, which creates a stronger connection with the residents and families. Highland is truly a place where people are cared for with heart.
