i don’t usually leave reviews, but i visited this pharmacy today after a rough experience at the Lubbock Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center with some complications about my secondary insurance. Immediately when I came in, the younger dude was super helpful and professional , and got everything processed for me quickly and simply. Karlie is absolutely an angel and is the main reason i am leaving this review! She is incredibly sweet and relatable , very easy to talk to and share a laugh with. At the same time she is also incredibly professional and helpful, and gave me an interaction i will remember for a lifetime after a rough day! In the end, she worked and talked with me through the insurance issues and made the process feel so easy and comfortable. I would 1000% recommend this pharmacy i
