Amazing company to work with. The owners truly care about their nurses and consistently show appreciation through recognition, occasional gifts and support. It’s a small team, which makes it easy to reach someone when you need help. They also recently launched an app to make the onboarding & scheduling process more efficient and modern. If you’re a nurse in Iowa looking for a team that puts people first, this is the place to be.
I have been a nurse with Highland medical since 2021 & have had an amazing experience working for them. They value their staff & provide a vast amounts of travel opportunities.
