Highland City Dental Care

I had a visit at Highland Dental for the first time and it was a great visit . I was greeted upon entry by Melissa who is very friendly and checked in . A few minutes after check in I was taken to the back by Alexis the dental hygienist who did x rays and got my dental history . After all of the Dr.Sheikhan came in to do my dental exam. Both ladies were very gentle when it came to examining my mouth so I highly appreciated that. Alexis did a great job with my cleaning as well. I will definitely be back . Thank you to all 3 ladies .

While the Dentist and the dental hygienists are great, the receptionist could use a brusher up or refresher on customer service/being a decent human being. I won't name any names (because you know who you are). I wouldn't like somebody pointing me out if the coin was flipped. I had wonderful experiences up until December 11th. I tried to move my daughter from her dentist of 15 years to this office with me. Boy, that was a mistake! I had another doctor's appointment earlier in the day at 10:30. That doctor was running 45 minutes behind due to another client who had an emergency. I was on time, of course for my appointment, but that put my appointment running over. I was rushing around, didn't even have time to get my daughter and I lunch. I was going as quick as I could to get my daughter

Been going for 2 years now and its really going down hill. My husband needed a tooth pulled and was farmed out. He needs a root canal now and again, they can't do it. The previous dentist could do it. But mine was done there. He went in today for what they said needed to be done on the treatment plan I order. But couldn't do it. so he opted to have the second tooth done now. By the time we can save up to have the work done that was recomended to be done first. He'll probably lose that tooth. They act like just because you have the credit card with zero interest that you can just get your work done ASAP. We are talking about looking for a new dentist Updated: Since this visit he's gone back for additional work and again can't do everything here. There's a problem now, getting

Went to this dentist a few years back for a crown. The staff were remarkable, everyone was nice and the whole place was great. The crown was made in house, root canal was done in house and the dentist took care to be sure I had no pain during the procedure. Definitely worth the trip.

They make thousand $ from insurance company's and patients. I had a $50.00 balance. I went in for a scheduled cleaning after 5 months and to pay them. Come to find out lady named precious canceled my appointment and put me into a collection company, for 50$
