High Ridge Family Dental

I’ve been going here for dental care for about five years, still going after moving back to Brooklyn. Dr Kim is a good dentist, he and all the staff are warm and caring. I’ve got lots of issues and am confident that I’m getting good care. Might be costly if out of network, but has worked out well for me despite my relatively lousy Medicare advantage insurance plan.

I switched dental providers and visited this facility with Dr. Kim. During my very first appointment, I was strongly encouraged to remove my wisdom teeth, even though I wasn’t experiencing any pain or issues at the time. I went ahead with the extraction based on their recommendation. A few months after the procedure, I started experiencing discomfort in my second molar. During the follow-up, I was told that the tooth was now “bad” and needed to be replaced, with an estimated cost of around $8,200. I was advised to proceed immediately, even without waiting for insurance pre-authorization, and was even offered a discount if I agreed to move forward right away. Fortunately, I decided to seek a second opinion. The new dentist found that significant bone damage had occurred during the wisdom

Just changed dentist after I moved to the area. The whole staff was very friendly. Came in for a clean and get xray ( normal first time stuff). Found I need to come back for some more work. They got me In to do the work 2 days later. That was very convenient for my schedule. It looks like they are upgrading the equipment in the office, as most of it looked new. The parking here is easy. I have been 2 times now and have been happy with my visits to the dentist (as happy as you can be going to the dentist). Would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

This is a very friendly environment , from the moment I stepped in this office I knew that I was at the right place. The staffs are so friendly, Dr Matthew always has a smile on his face. He explained everything to you before you make a decision. if you were looking for a real good dentist then look no further because Dr. Matthew is the guy.

Had my first consult appointment yesterday- met with Dr. Kim all I can say is fantastic and looking forward as a patient with Highridge dental in the future.
