High Mountain Sports & Spine

My mom has been having trouble with her sciatica nerve for years. She saw two physical therapists who couldn't help her. She was always in so much pain she couldn't stand herself. She was referred to High Mountain Sports and Spine and did her physical therapy there. Bob and his team were able to help my mom out so much. They made her program simple enough to follow and consistent enough that she still continues the exercises now that she's out of physical therapy. She's so much more mobile than she was and the pain is almost gone. He's the first physical therapist to get it right and if any of the rest of the family need physical therapy, we're definitely going here!
