Total Right Hip Replacement I recently had a total right hip replacement with Dr. William Matarese and his team using the anterior approach which help me to recover quickly. It’s been 3 weeks now since I did my surgery and I’m writing this to state how I feel. I was able to drive after two weeks of my surgery. From start to finish, he made me feel confident and cared for. The team at High Mountain Orthopedics were friendly and kept me updated with all of my medical requirements prior to surgery. Dr. Matarese explained everything clearly and reassured me from the beginning. I was able to walk the first day after surgery and even climbed 24 steps on the same day into my apartment with a cane. I am 35 years old and in good shape. And his approach has help me to recover quickly. Highly recom

Went for knee pain and saw Dr Matarese. He is the head of ortho at St Joe's in Wayne. Very nice bedside manner and you can tell he has had success. He set me up with a cortisone and future cartilidge injections. Two days post shot and I'm feeling great. I was very blunt and told him I'm not interested in rehab for 4 days per week for 10 weeks like most drs with a relationship with a therapy place push Very happy with this practice. The front desk staff was very nice as well.

Gel shots were supposed to be ordered a few weeks ago from the PA and someone was supposed to call me when it comes in. Have not heard from anyone and sent messages several times and tried calling but could never speak to anyone. This is very upsetting because I like the PA, she’s very informative and tries to help you.

I've been going to High Mountain for years. Never a complaint. Great care. But I called on Friday, 6/20 to follow up on gel shots ordered last month for my knees. Left a message on Friday, no call back. Left a message today, 6/23 no call back. I don't understand.

I have been a Patient of Dr Matarese for ALLmost 40 plus yrs. Dr Matarese is the best in his field the Staff is great. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR MATARESE TO ANYONE.
