Matt worked on my right achilles tendon and ankle injury from hiking in February 2025. With the treatment given at my appointment and recommended exercises and shoe recommendations I was able to complete 280 miles of the Appalachian Trail in Maine this summer and finish with no ankles or tendon problems.

I injured my shoulder back in 2006 and visited several doctors, and 3 physical therapists to help me get my range of motion and strength back. In 2022 I visited HGPT. Matt was the one therapist who was able to improve my mobility and strength. The very first session I had improved my shoulder mobility, and each session after improved my overall condition to nearly 100%. He provided me with a list of exercises and stretches to continue doing after our sessions ended to help ensure my shoulder remained as healthy as possible. Worth every penny!
