Chris Yao is still the best in town. He's been my consistent provider for about 5 years now and his attention to detail is second to none. I always feel amazing afterwards. I am a wee bit on the sensitive side but it just takes a lot of good breathing and chi points (and maybe some disassociation on my part). Chris is a good person to handle the bigger, deeper knots whether you have a major lower back issue from doing something stupid or day-to-day computing strain.

Long overdue post - the best deep tissue service ever. Def takes pain tolerance but the benefits are beyond worth it. Drive all the way from Torrance.

Long Overdue! I have been going here for a few months now, my health insurance provider (kaiser) kept sending me to incompetent physical therapists so I took matters into my own HANDS. I found this place on google and as I needed it specifically for my hands and elbows, it seemed to fit the bill. Everyone here is super nice, danny and maria are awesome, I havent gotten to know anyone else there really yet but they seem like cool people. Pricing is incredibly fair starting at $110/hour with multi package deals you can purchase, for the quality they offer, it is definitely worth it. Never skimp on your health if you gotta pay out of pocket. They are very knowledgeable and good at their craft whether you just need a hard sports massage or actual therapy they seem very capable! I’ve been treated her for sometime now. It’s been at least 2 years. Always easy to schedule an appt, thru the phone, or slide into their IG dms. I can come and get a package and get treated for tightness, or the long term ailments I’ve discovered. I’ve been treated by multiple therapists, Danny, Andrew and Chris. Each have taken such great care of my injuries. Danny is always so quick to pin-point what’s happening and it usually involves me sitting for long hours, I know I know, take breaks...gotta take more stretch breaks. Then he sends me home with stretches that when done, make a considerable difference in my daily life. They’re considerate of my time when I’m there, my chatter or silence is respected and their bed side manner goes a long way. Thank you guys!
