High Desert Physical Therapy

Megan is amazing and such a lifesaver for pelvic floor PT. I’m on my third pregnancy and each time her exercises have helped me maintain strength and stability through my pregnancy, and helped me recover postpartum . Not being in constant pain and peeing myself is wonderful. I especially appreciated how well she listened to my needs and made sure that I was capable of continuing to do these exercises correctly on my own since life with toddlers/babies is insanely hectic so I often am not able to come in for appointments but still can utilize the care plan she made for me. My husband also goes in for back pain and dry needling, which has been extremely helpful for his chronic pain. Office staff is always incredibly friendly as well. Highly recommend high desert PT, thank you guys!!!

Megan, Michael, and the entire team at High Desert PT are incredible. From the personal attention to the exercises taylor-made for my recovery following a shoulder replacement, everything was done with purpose and focused on my healing. My experience under the care of Dr. Megan Flesch pre- and -post knee surgery was nothing short of exceptional. My injury was somewhat uncommon and she was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough throughout the healing and rehab process. Not only that, she and her team are all around friendly, helpful, and personally invested in your successful outcome. While healing from an injury can be a frustrating process, going to PT became a highlight of my new routine and something I looked forward to! I had a fantastic outcome and trust High Desert with caring for all my PT needs big and small, from tweaked muscles to post-op care.

Great experience all around. The office is organized and welcoming, and the staff is consistently kind and professional. My therapist really listens, takes their time, and is patient and thoughtful with care. The exercise system for at-home work is easy to follow, and dry needling is a huge bonus. Highly recommend.
