I would rate this healthcare facility much higher if it was just going by the doctors and the people who have performed different things on me. But they have this impossible task of making appointments that they can’t keep. I’ve been scheduled twice for an echocardiogram and had it canceled by the facility and they canceled it the same day that I’m supposed to be there. I don’t believe the doctor knows that this is going on and his employees are not doing what he’s asking to simply get me an echocardiogram but it’s been two different times. They have canceled my appointment on the same morning as the appointment one day I drove all that way there before I even knew that it had been canceled. they actually had me scheduled for 12 o’clock noon when everybody was going to lunch how in God‘s n

I first met Dr Hinchman when my grandson was accidentally killed by a bullet. . When I had returned back to work, I felt terrible, I kept saying I now know what a broken heart feels like! When I started to complain about my jaw and top of my shoulder hurting so bad, a teacher I was working with knew that I was having a heart attack. I was flown to Boise Idaho and Dr Hinchman became my doctor. The gentle supportive. They were all great from the receptionist to doctor Mozes all were great we got in and out of there on time we never waited at any point. The pace maker monitor was my favorite he had all the info and was able to answer all in any questions , we had. Also a very likable personality , I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needed them.

High Desert Heart is a very professional & organized business that puts an emphasis on giving thorough personal care. They have the latest medical equipment & personnel on site to help with diagnosis. They have highly trained, educated. & experienced heart specialists that run the equipment and assist patients who each have unique issues. Every aide, assistant, NP & Dr I met communicated so I could understand what was being said. All were eager to find ways to help find out what’s up with my heart. & what treatment is needed. Thanks.
