Holy Cow! This is a hugely top notch practice. I’m a seasoned old broad with a whole buncha stuff that brought me to their practice. Juanita Feuchter and Michelle Lacombe and the gals at the front have been giving me tremendous care. Follow through and offering alternatives, very kind care. I’m going to ask them also to take on the care of my old dog. The BEST!

First before reading the negatives, I like this clinic and would continue to visit, but the negatives are important to note. Very long wait times to be seen. Then you go to a visit and they spend maybe 1/2 of the time scheduled. Could be optimized. They do not have a method to pay a bill unless you send a check or credit card number. They'll send you the bill still, but if you lose one the future bills will just say "previous amount owed." I just won't pay until it's clarified why I owe, and have a modern way to pay. 🤷

I have been seeing Dr. Carey for decades. He’s the best out here. I’ve had multiple skin cancers and he’s done a beautiful job of taking care of them. He is very thorough and very kind and was born in New Mexico. A gentleman in all the ways.

They were 11months out for new patients, when I scheduled they took down and verified my insurance (BCBS). I get a call a week before my appointment to confirm my appointment and once again they verified my insurance, then I received a confirmation email and once again asked for my insurance. After taking time off work to go to the appointment and check in I was informed they don't take BCBS. Feels like a bait and switch situation since they offered I could be self pay.

If I could give a negative star, I would. New patient couldn’t be booked for over a year, when needed to schedule another appointment ASAP, only had something 10 months out. Terrible customer service, rude front desk lady…good luck ever getting service.
