Hidden Valley Eye Care

This practice rocks! Everyone that I dealt with took the time to explain everything. The doctor was very thorough and explain things in detail. When it came time to pick frames out, the gentleman did an awesome job explaining the benefits and downfalls of each frame. These guys do a very good job! If you’re looking for a practice, Hidden Valley Eye Care would be a great choice!

Very disappointed with this practice. They attempted to charge $800 for Atropine, a prescription medication my daughter has been on for years and that normally costs us about $40 per quarter ($160 per year). Additionally, they charged $90 for contact lens fitting without clearly discussing the cost beforehand. When I explained that our previous practice charged much less and that we would not proceed with their fitting—or take sample lenses—the staff asked my daughter to remove the contact lenses she was already wearing and would not allow her to leave with them on simply because we declined their fitting service. Jaxen was fantastic. It wasn't just a rush job, he actually took the time to show me different frames and styles for the things I need. He asked a bunch of questions to figure out exactly what would work best. I would come here again just for jaxen alone.
