My mother has been there for a couple of months. She suffered multiple strokes in February. The entire staff is great. They let me know if my mom needs anything on the days I don't visit. They've been extremely helpful with mom rehab. Staff is always friendly and polite. Would recommend Hico Nursing to anyone.
Tried calling multiple times and got phone hung up in me 3 times in a row.
I am very pleased with the patience they have shown to my nephew who has been there 3 years now. He’s quite challenging with his many illnesses.
I cant understand how a nursing home thats job is to care for the residents there, doesn't care enough to make the disabled patient happy by not continuously deflecting them to talk to their loved ones.
Can't get intouch with our family member. Communication is almost impossible. If they do answer the phone some of the staff are very unprofessional .
