Hickory Manor

They don't deserve one star . The care was the worst I have ever experienced and I have worked in a few. Not a good place at all wish my dad had never ended up there. He was left to set in his Urine for hours to where he had gotten a terrible rash. I had to supply barrier cream and the fungle cream. He was seen at a hospital and they refused to let him go back to that facility.

Wouldn't trust this place with any relatives. Left my grandma in a room with no call light, covered in her own fecal matter and was in no condition to be left alone and yet she was. Absolutely appalling and inhumane. This was right before Christmas of 2022. If your family is on hospice I pray you won't allow them to "take care" of them. Nurses there are incredibly rude and worry about appearance rather than performance. You disgusting individuals know who you are too

Great small town facility. The staff is very kind and caring. Upgrades to the building and adding a transport van innyhe next few months will make Hickoy Manor an even better option for families.

My grandmother has been here for a few months and has had nothing but complaints and good luck getting them to answer their phone bc it's a rare occurrence and when ya do at times will answer with an attitude, would not recommend 🤷🏻‍♂️

They do not return calls or emails. Strongly recommend to have them prepay before selling them anything or doing any services for them.
