Hi-Desert Medical Pharmacy

Friendly, great 👍 service. This is an update .I have been with Hi-Desert pharmacy about two years. I am very happy with them. I have never had an issue with them. Always delivers as promised. They even fixed it where I receive all my meds on the same day. No more confusion.

So I decided to switch pharmacy due cvs and Walgreens supporting the overturn of roe v wade and supporting pharmacists who choose to deny filling contraception RXs. I figured I would give my families rx business to a mom and pops. So I chose hi-desert medical pharmacy after visiting the location and confirming with the pharmacist they would not have issues filling these types of rxs. He assured me all rxs would be filled if all else is in order. After some issues with getting the rxs in and providing my sons two insurance cards through text messaging, I was called that they were having trouble getting rx coverage confirmed and that they can check it another way by providing my sons ss number. Uhm, no! After letting them know I was not comfortable proving sensitive information that is not n

This place is horrible. After filling 1/2 of prescription, they promised to deliver the rest when we ran out. I DID offer to drive to Lancaster and pick it up. Guess who never showed up or called! Now they are closed for the weekend, and my patient is without life-sustaining medication!! NOT ACCEPTABLE, and not professional. This is not the first hiccup with this pharmacy.

Had all my meds going their. If they didn't want my scripts going their at least tell me!! Dire need for tropical cream and meds my Dr sent in to tell me they will deliver the next day!! NO ONE DELIVERED ANYTHING. NOW I HAVE TELL THE DR TO SEND IT ELSEWHERE!!

Been going for years... he's the best and alway going above n beyond for all his customers...the place always smells good too with good music
