Hewitt Kids Dental

An excellent experience! The hygienist took time to explain which services were covered by my insurance, discussed my estimated out of pocket cost, and was vey nice to my kiddo too. Dr. Richards was great today! I appreciate his kindness and how personable he was with myself and with my kid. I'm so glad that he joined Hewitt Kids Dental! We will keep coming back because of experiences like today's.

What an awful experience! Mostly with the front desk, zero customer service skills to be had. But when we originally seen Dr Bushman for my daughter's consult, everything was ok and we liked Dr Bushman so we scheduled for her procedure. After being rescheduled once already, we showed up for her appt at 8am, only to be told that we needed to reschedule due to the fact that she had brushed her teeth that morning. What?! She didn't have anything to eat or drink and was told she could brush her teeth. After refusing to reschedule, we were told maybe they could send us to another clinic to be taken care of. Again... what?! No thanks! This place leaves alot to be desired. Needless to say, we found care elsewhere.

All staff are the best!!! I was unable to go with my daughter on her visit. She had to end up getting her 2 front baby teeth taken out. Dad was with her, but she didn't even cry. This was unbelievable!!! Thank you so much for caring for my faucet and making her feel comfortable and safe. ❤️

We were treated with respect and kindness from Dr. Richard’s and his staff. I was in the room with my grandson as he had a tooth extracted. They talked him through it. It was a VERY POSITIVE experience. We are now going to them for his dental care. Thank you Hewitt Kids Dental. Dr. Richard’s and his staff are a blessing.

I bring my kids here and they love it. The front office is kind and knowledgeable, and the assistants in the back are so good with my two and ten year old. The dentist has a great way of getting the kids to cooperate and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a new dental home for your kids!
