I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before seeking care here. In November 2022, my father passed away on November 6th. During that time, I was grieving and helping plan his wake and funeral, one of the most difficult periods of my life. Unfortunately, I missed an appointment shortly after because my focus was on my family and dealing with that loss. When I later explained the situation and even provided proof of my father’s passing, I was met with a shocking lack of compassion and understanding. My experience was great—everything was clear and well-explained. The hygienist (I regret not catching her name in my hurry) was gentle and professional, and Dr. Yue was very thorough, providing specific suggestions for my treatment. Overall, an excellent visit!

My advice to all new patients is to get an estimate of all needed work before you step a foot in that office. Have that estimate of all needed work before the work is done and not after. You will get hit with a HUGE bill - ask what percentage is covered by the Insurance, and make sure this office certify that they are in the Insurance network. They will greet new patience with smile to gain their trust - then they will hit you with huge bill, and when the bill is being disputed, they will hire a collection agency to chase you. This office runs a scam - it is all about money - and nothing similar to any ethical common dentistry practice.

We drove all the way from Maine in the mistaken impression that Herzog dental was equipped to repair partial dentures. Dr. Herzog and his team worked for an hour trying to help me despite lacking the right equipment and then called another office in Maine, asking them to see me as soon as possible. They were incredibly caring and dedicated and did not charge me because in the end they couldn’t help. That’s dedication and service.

Always a positive experience at Dr Herzogs. Kelly is an awesome hygienist. Highly recommend this practice
