Hertzog Family Eye Care

The staff at Hertzogg eye care have completely changed my mind about eye care clinics! After having eye appointments every year since I was in 3rd grade I’ve never had an experience quite like HERTZOGG! The staff there are so friendly and helpful! With the newest trendiest styles and It’s professional yet welcoming environment…WHY WOULD I GO ANYWHERE ELSE?! I’m so glad to call them my forever Optometrist!

Yesterday I had my first appointment with Hertzog Family Eye Care. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and they had me back starting my exam quickly. Dr. Harter was very friendly, upfront, honest, and informed. After my exam I picked out a pair of new glasses which was quick and easy. I was in and out in about 45 min from start to finish. I look forward to getting my new glasses and making Hertzog Family Eye Care my new eye care home.

Very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment for an contract lens exam. I was told on the phone that I would have to pay $30 copy. When I get there I get examined for glasses, obviously the doctor didn't bother reading the paperwork I filled out that stated I was only interested in an contract lens exam since my glasses are less than an yr old. Then they don't have the contact lenses in stock for me to try, then they try to charge me $150. For trying contacts. I ended up telling them I'm not interested and they charged me $30. And I left with no prescription for glasses or contacts. Stay away, and don't let them scam you for nothing!

Been using them for about a decade. This location is new but it's the same great people. I wouldn't take my family to any other eye Dr, and i'm OCD about things like eye care.

Dr Deen was thorough and super friendly. He was happy to answer all of our questions and the staff was helpful and friendly.
