First class and very clean atmosphere.

Will never use this facility again. They overcharged me $3869.15 for my surgery. It’s been 5 months since the surgery and I have yet to get a refund. This facility outsources their billing to a third party agency so claims no responsibility on overcharges or does anything to help when they’ve made a mistake. The first prompt on the phone directory is to press one if you are calling about a refund. This leads me to believe that this facility routinely overcharges. The excuses I’ve heard are “they do not cut checks the last week of the month”, “the refund has been approved but we can’t call every patient to let them know when they will receive the money”, “You are calling the correct department but we can’t tell you when the check will be submitted because we don’t know.
