Activities department coming up with new events all the time. They are very nice and involved. Would recommend for those who neeed minimal assistance as it is assisted living. Thank you all who help in my grandmas care.

It seems that the issues that have been raised are not being addressed. After spending 5 hours with my mom today we had to call several times to get the cna to give mom medication. It turns out that they are not able to get my mom up to make sure she eats and takes her medication. They send a cna who’s either not physically able to help her get up or she doesn’t have the capability to do what our mom needs. Her laundry was piling up and her bedding was disguising!! Now that they refused to let my sister take care of her medication and they placed it under lock and key, they have missed doses , this is unacceptable!!! Once we got my mom up and fed , she was a different person. Between my wife, sister and myself we visit 3 to 4 times a week!! We expect better care for our mom and the pendent

I really don't like writing reviews right away. I like to get to know a "product" or a "service" as a much as I can and then I still don't write a review unless something is 1. really bad or 2. really good. Just like any of you that may be reading other reviews of Heritage Woods, I read them prior to my mom and dad moving in back in February of 2024. Here are my thoughts. This past week (mid June 2024), my mom was hospitalized for awhile (4 days) thus I spent a lot of time with my dad at Heritage Woods while taking him back and forth from the hospital. As a result, I can honestly say that I got a very good "close up look" at what residents see and the environment they live in. No...this isn't a 5 star, all inclusive Hawaiian resort!!!
