Heritage Woods of Centralia

It was the best decision we made as a family to move my parents in. My dad's health improved immediately and I'm confident that the amazing care he received at Heritage Woods gave us an extra 2 years with him. Once he passed away mom decided to stay because she feels safe there. She did move to the individual living apartments but stayed because of the friendships she had with staff and other residents. If you need a place to trust with your loved ones, Heritage Woods of Centralia is a great choice!

Heritage Woods of Centralia IL has been the answer to my prayers for a home where I am loved and provided for greatly. Living here has been a true blessing. The staff has been wonderful. They treat me with respect and assist me fully. My home is beautiful, clean, and situated for easy access to doctors and shopping. Independence is encouraged, but understanding is available.

They openly display favoritism towards the care and well-being of residents in the Main building over the residents in the Cottages. They hired professional snow removal and literally plowed in the residents in the cottages, cleared a foot path down 1/3 of the sidewalks which isn't wide enough to accommodate a walker, didn't clear in front of residents doors so those clients are trapped in their apartments. They didn't clear a path to the dumpster so residents trash is accumulating inside their apartments. Residents are on a fixed income and shouldn't have to pay out of pocket to have snow removed when Management hired professional snow removal. Yet they expected the elderly amd disabled resident to walk down to the office to pay rent. Unexcusable! It's managements responsibility to inspec

My Uncle Roy has been at Heritage Woods for approximately 3 years now. He is treated with respect and kindness. He has found new friends and reconnected with old friends. We have offered to move him closer in town or in with us but he has flat refused multiple times!!! We are grateful to Heritage Woods for the care they give and the services they provide for our Uncle!!!

Heritage Woods of Centralia is a wonderful place for your loved ones who have reached this stage of life. The building is clean, and the staff is amazing!
