Always smells so good and clean. Ladies are very conscientious about keeping rooms spotless. Ladies are also very sweet and kind .

When it came time to look for my brother‘s next place of residence, I agonized over what was the best choice. All you hear are negative reviews about care facilities. The day I went to Heritage, I felt My prayers had been answered immediately. Casey was warm, she was concerned, and she was determined to do what was best for my brother and to give me peace of mind. When I walked in, it felt homey, not like an institution, and to me that said an awful lot. The staff was all friendly, and I saw everyone busy at all times. My tour of the facility further reassured me that I was making the right choice. Casey held back no information; anything I asked, she willingly answered. No matter where you find yourself in the field of caregiving, there are always negative complaints…NO FACILITY IS PERFE

I was very impressed with all of the staff at Heritage Billa. They all seem to care and give you their full expertise and attention. I will be back after my next surgery.💕👩‍🦰

Both of my parents live here. They do an excellent job and taking care of both of them!!! My parents have lived here over 3years. The staff is very attentive to any problems we have had surfaced and always takes care of both their needs😊❤️

The atmosphere at this facility is the best iv ever seen in a nursing home. Always smells good and is very clean with Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The new memory care unit looks great. This facility has a lot of updates and looks more modern!! I would certainly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their lover ones.
