Heritage Pointe Senior Living

My grandmother, Jane, lives here and has had the best experience! She’s been here a year and, before that, my great grandmother was here. It’s a wonderful staff. They plan so many fun activities for the residents. We love Heritage Pointe!

Thank you Heritage Pointe for taking such great care of my mother and allowing her to still have her independence. She loves her new home, new friends, and all the fun activities! We love how welcome we feel every time we stop by!

My dad was there and had an issue and went to Cookeville hospital then to rehab. He was discharged back to HP on a pureed diet. After awhile he was weak and depressed because he became too weak to feed himself . I left him April 1 to come home to California's and May 9 I returned to care for him at my niece’s home because he wasnt being cared for there. At that point he had skin covering his skeleton. He died two weeks later. The facility was charging $5800 and said they couldn’t feed him. I am In disbelief that anyone can just put food down in front of someone walk away and then pick up the food untouched without a conscious! They should have never taken him back from rehab if he wasn’t appropriate for the assistance needed for his care. Dad was on hospice and speaking to the nurses i co

My mom lives at this community. I am very very impressed with the care that she gets. The food and activities are also wonderful. I highly recommend this place for your your loved one.
