Heritage Park of Katy

I couldn't be happier with my father's experience at Heritage Park over the past few months. After trying three other 'upscale' rehabilitation centers, I learned that luxury aesthetics don't guarantee quality care. Heritage Park truly feels like home, not a hotel. The staff are incredibly caring, skilled, and reliable. They keep our family well-informed and go above and beyond to ensure my father is properly taken care of.

I've been through several care facilities with my mom over the years, and honestly, the updates and care here have blown me away. Every two weeks, I get a thoughtful, detailed phone call from the staff giving a real progress report on how she's doing—medically, physically, everything. It's thorough, caring, and way more comprehensive than anything we've experienced before. No vague summaries; they actually take the time to explain what's working and any adjustments they're making. What stands out most is how much more social my mom has become since moving here. She's always been withdrawn and not interested in interacting with others in past places, but now she's out participating in activities and chatting with residents. My mom moved here in May 2025. If there is ever a problem, it is addressed immediately with patience and kindness. The nurses and Admin at this facility have been truly amazing. I am so very grateful they take such good care of my mom highly recommend. Heritage Park of Katy has been an incredible place for my family. The medical team has done an excellent job managing her medications, which has made a significant difference in her behavior and overall well-being.
