Heritage Modern Dentistry

I have been going to this office for 6-7 years. The staff are very kind, but I have had several negative experiences regarding scheduling and waiting extended periods of time. A couple of years ago I was taken to the back and waited a little over 30 minutes in the chair for the dentist to see me, 6 months ago I waited in the waiting room for over an hour. Both times I was on time (if not early) to my appointment. On two separate occasions the office has called me the week of to cancel appointments that I had already put in time off for. They are always kind when these things happen and I understand issues come up, but I just feel like these issues should not be occurring this regularly.

I love my dentist! I have been coming here for more than 10 years. Recently I had a super old crown break. They got me in that day to make sure it wasn’t an emergency and I wasn’t in pain. Then I scheduled an appointment for a new crown. There is a new dentist and he was amazing! Seemed like such a caring individual. Between the dentist, dental assistant, and front desk team…I felt like I was really taken care of. I want to thank them from the bottom of my ❤️.

My last visit was fast. Everyone was friendly and professional. No yelling around the treatment area. You don't hear clients or staff complaining, sighing, or yelling at each other. I hope it's always like that.

I had an amazing experience! My dental assistant Karen was so gentle and very kind! I always hate plaque scraping but she did so well it didn’t even bother me!

If you love yourself and your family, please avoid this facility like a plague. They are after your hard earned money and do not really care about the patient. I was asked to bring my son for a 7:20 am appointment and we were delayed, later told that we have to pay $1660 out of pocket immediately before the procedure can be done. I am not going back here again with my family. Very unprofessional front desk staff.
