Heritage Hall Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing

This place is far better than any other you will find anywhere near this area. The people were all exceptionally polite. They made you feel like friends and not just workers drawing a paycheck, like they genuinely cared. A please t change to other homes/rehab centers I have seen. Highly recommend!🙂

Heritage Hall is clean and smells good. Common areas are very nice. Staff is nice. Admission was not to good. Communication and clarification were not so good on my part and there's. This was resolved very quickly and is better. Main complaint is bed was to short and crank operated. Toilets to low. We had to bring his riser. Theirs are different. And the shower faucet needs fixing. Equipment and room toilets need updating. Therapy is good. Food very good.

Want to tell Cindy that her staff is very caring, loving and considerate. I feel they all should get a pay raise. I recommend Heritage Hall to anyone that needed rehab or a place to live!

My husband has had a stroke and is in there care due to me not being physically capable of caring for him anymore. He is legally blind and struggles with day to day task and most of the nurses and staff are not caring or helpful. He should be walking to his meals but they are not patient enough to help him so they just wheel him down in his wheelchair and leave him. He can't even see all the food on his plate and needs assistant. I think the state needs to do checks on this place more often.

Staff and all employees very friendly and took excellent care of me. Several patients I enjoyed getting to know and share experiences.
