Heritage Hall Dillwyn

Feel so blessed to have our mom in this facility. She was accepted and moved into this facility at a critical time. The attention and care she has received since arriving has gone beyond expectations. God is so good. Thank you Heritage Hall in Dillwyn, Va.

I wound like to thank all the staff, Mishi Hamlor, NP and Dr. Madhoun for the great care they have given my Mother. They have all been very attentive and compassionate. You all have made her feel very comfortable and secure which means a lot to me and my siblings.

Have found my family member and roommate soiled on multiple occasions. Not checked on, turned, and dried every two hours. Can smell that the resident is soiled, with flies around them, all the way in the hallway at times. Staff not held accountable for providing the quality of care that should be provided. Many of the residents are paying for this service and their place there. They frequently leave only two aides to care for the patients on evenings when there should be 4-5.

I just wanted to take a moment and give a big THANK YOU to Heritage Hall in Dillwyn Virginia. My mother is in their care. Mrs. Lloyd and her staff do a great job of watching over each patient as if they were their own parent or grandparent. I am very impressed with their choice of staff. The individual care by the nursing staff is outstanding. Everyone there, from the Doctors, Occupational Therapist to Maintenance personnel are friendly and care about the residence. The Day Porters and Aides do a great job of making the place clean and pleasant. Having to place my mother in a nursing home was a very difficult decision for me. As I am sure it would be for all of us. I’m very tight with my mother and would not place her in just ANY care. Heritage Hall Dillwyn Virginia is top notch and I fee

My mother is a resident at HH. While she’s only been there a short time, the staff have been wonderful to work with (clinical and administrative). They offer quite an array of activities, have volunteers come in (my 96 year old mother had a manicure for the first time and she loved it), they offer a hair studio and excursions. Terry, an employee at HH has quickly become moms favorite. Paula and Lisa have been extremely helpful handling the administrative side of this transition.
