My brother smoked al lot and over the years his dentist had to extract three of his teeth. The original dentist in San Jose wanted him to remove all his teeth and put in all new dentures instead. My brother came to me for help and so I helped look up another dentist close to him who could him instead. I found Dr. Jacob Ming's office in Hayward and called. Teresa was the receptionist who picked up and helped me. She was kind and understood that my brother wanted to keep most of his teeth. We met with Dr. Jacob, and he developed a plan to make dentures for the three teeth after X-rays and other things... Super sad to post a review for a family dentist that has been doing my teeth and family's for 10+ years. I decided to switch dentists and let Dr Ming know that i will not be moving forward with them in the future due to poor practices and receptionist spam calling me to schedule appointments that i did not want to do. I then requested past records and xray imaging to give to my new dentist to see if there really is a cavity that dr ming claimed but he refused to email them over to me. He said he would send the medical records and imaging from previous appointment but has not and does not answer the phone. He is dodging responsibility and refusing to comply by releasing my own records to me. Very unprofessional and poor practices. Would not recommend coming here. I went to my new dentist an
