Excellent care from all the staff. Lindsay is the best hygienist! My cleanings are thorough and she is gentle. Dr. Murray is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He is thorough and the crowns I’ve had to have replaced, due to their age, have been done excellently and with a minimum of discomfort. Highly recommend this practice.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Heritage Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The office was clean and well-organized, and they demonstrated the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. Dr. Murray took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Their attention to detail and gentle approach made my visit surprisingly pleasant which says a lot because I historically hate going to the dentist. I appreciated how they listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment to my needs. The dental hygienist was also fantastic, providing thorough care while ensuring I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Highly recommend!

He took time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and the whole experience was comfortable and pleasant. His staff is warm and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr Murray is the best dentist I've had. Amazing attention to detail. However, the front desk has repeatedly made the experience of being a patient here frustrating. And when confronted with missed promised followups, they don't own up to it and simply say they have many patients to deal with. You have to fight for your insurance yourself, and you often have to follow up on things they say they'll follow up on. However, the pain of the front desk is worth it for Dr Murray's excellent treatment.
