I had a really hard day and came in needing medical care, and the staff treated me with so much kindness and respect from start to finish. Everyone was patient, professional, and made me feel safe. I’m genuinely grateful for the care I received. Thank you. I especially appreciate that they respected me and my service dog—there was no harassment, just professionalism and understanding. The doctor made it clear she was with me, not against me, and I received all the treatment and medication I needed. I’m truly grateful for the care I received.

I had lower lumbar fusion and I had it on the weekend and I had terrific nurses. All of them were top-notch. I’d like to especially point out on Lisa, Lexi, CNA Cynthia. The cleaning lady, Marena., we’re all just terrific. You should be very proud of your nursing staff and the people that help them.keep the rooms clean and neat and comfortable. Thank you. I was there longer than I expected and I had excellent care. The only thing I will say is that the food is horrific. I was on a liquid diet the week before surgery since it was an anterior lumbar fusion and so coming off of it, I had to be obviously eased off the diet.
